In-Kind Donation Policy
Jool Baby is committed to supporting families and communities through in-kind donations of our products. This policy outlines the criteria and process for requesting and distributing donations to ensure alignment with our mission and values.
Eligibility Criteria:
Organizations or individuals requesting an in-kind donation must meet the following criteria:
Be a registered nonprofit organization (501(c)(3) status) or a recognized community group.
Align with Jool Baby’s mission of supporting parents and caregivers in raising happy, healthy children.
Demonstrate a clear need for the requested products.
Provide details on how the donation will be used and its expected impact.
Exclusions:
Jool Baby does not provide in-kind donations to:
Individuals for personal use.
Political campaigns or organizations.
Religious organizations for sectarian purposes.
Organizations that do not align with our mission.
Donation Request Process:
- Submit a Request: All donation requests must be submitted via our online donation request form, including details about the organization, intended use, and impact of the donation.
- Review Process: Requests will be reviewed by our team on a rolling basis. Due to high demand, we cannot fulfill all requests.
- Approval & Fulfillment: Approved requests will be notified via email, and donations will be shipped based on product availability.
- Acknowledgment: We appreciate public acknowledgment of Jool Baby’s support, including social media mentions, event signage, or testimonials where applicable.
Limitations & Restrictions:
Donations are subject to product availability.
Jool Baby reserves the right to determine the quantity and type of product donated.
Approved organizations may receive one donation per calendar year.
