Warranty Coverage

Jool Baby products include a one-year limited warranty covering defects, malfunctions, and failures to perform their intended function as outlined on the product page and packaging.

To qualify for warranty coverage, products must be purchased new from Jool Baby or an authorized retailer. Products purchased from liquidation warehouses, unauthorized resellers, or through other non-authorized channels are not eligible for warranty coverage. Proof of purchase from Jool Baby or an authorized retailer may be required to verify eligibility.

Please note that certain items are excluded from warranty coverage, including bath toys, diaper sacks, disposable diaper liners, potty liners, diaper bag dispensers and refills, and our safety collection.
