Shipping and Delivery
If your order is over $40.00 (pre-tax and after discounts), you will qualify for free standard shipping within the United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska addresses).
Jool Baby will select the optimal shipping carrier for free shipping, which could be either via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.
Shipments are subject to shipping carrier’s on-time performance and availability.
We may ship with USPS, so you will need a valid USPS address to order. No P.O Boxes, please.
We do not ship internationally, including Canada.
We ship all orders within 24 business hours, every business day, excluding legal holidays.
Cancellations
Orders are eligible to be canceled within 30 minutes after the order is placed. You can cancel your order using the Cancel Items button located in Your Account > Your Orders. After 30 minutes, you can Contact Us to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
Lost and undeliverable orders: For all lost or undelivered orders, please contact us at support@joolbaby.com.
