Welcome to Potty Training 101
Here you’ll find resources to help you navigate your potty training journey.
Meet our potty expert - Kim West, MSW
Hi, I’m Kim West and I have learned over the past 30 years of supporting families on their parenting journey that there is no one-size-fits-all in parenting, and especially, potty training.
Parents consistently tell me that they want an approach that aligns with their parenting style and considers their child’s temperament (and their own) so that the potty learning process can be smoother and easier for the entire family. And that is what I have worked hard to create for you! Potty training is about more than just learning to go pee and poo on the toilet…it’s also about your child learning about their body and gaining both independence and self-confidence throughout the process. I’m excited to share some potty training tips with you to help you get started!
